Horse riding

For all the fans of these noble animals, the Sutjeska camp organizes one-day horse riding tours in NP Sutjeska. Riding a horse is a good form of exercise and it is good for both the cardiovascular system and muscular fitness. Although it may seem that the rider does not do anything physically while riding, an hour of this activity can burn the same number of calories as well as 30 minutes of running or riding a bicycle. So, all the health benefits associated with participating in frequent cardiovascular exercises have been achieved with horse riding.
