Bobotov Kuk

GENERAL INFORMATION

Durmitor mountain tour, the highest peak Bobotov kuk (2523 masl), also the highest peak in Montenegro. The ascent to it represents the greatest pleasure for all hikers! A mountain tour that offers the most beautiful views - real hiking pleasure and experience!

TOUR OVERVIEW

Day 1

Arrival at the "Sutjeska" camp on Tjentište in the afternoon, unpacking, and dinner. In the evening, we socialize with music in our restaurant. Our employees will present you with the schedule of activities for the next day.

Day 2

A mountain tour that offers the most beautiful views – a real hiking pleasure and experience. The beginning of the trail is from the asphalt regional road from Sedlo pass, where there is parking and a place to pay for a ticket to enter the NP. The trail starts from the pass in the north direction, with a slight ascent over grassy areas, a clearly noticeable shepherd's path. It then goes below the very cliffs of Uvita greda, above the screes, and in this way one reaches a steep cut (overcome it with the help of hands!), which is the most serious obstacle on the part of the trail from Sedlo to Zeleni vir. Passing the cut, you enter a beautiful valley surrounded by the peaks of Uvita greda, Šljeme, Bandijerna, Zubač, and Vjetrena brda. The grandiose figure of Bobotov kuk, which dominates the entire space, appears on the horizon. The next about 1.5 km, the path goes through grassy areas and without much effort arrives at a valley called Surutka, where there is a sign for a source of drinking water. The next, easy section is from Surutka to Zeleni vir. From Surutka, with a slight ascent of a few tens of meters, you come to a pass with a great view of Šareni pasovi and Samar, as well as on Bobotov kuk itself.

FOOD

In our restaurant, you will have the opportunity to try various specialties from our region. Delicious homemade food for which you will remember your stay in our camp is prepared daily from fresh ingredients and some of the dishes are moussaka, sarma, pies under the bell, homemade cheese and cream, lamb under the bell and many other dishes.
We also take into account the needs and requirements of our guests, so we have prepared a special menu for vegans and vegetarians. Upon arrival at our camp or when making a reservation, it is only important to mention this and our chef will make sure to let others "try a little" of your dish.

ACCOMMODATION

A total of 90 beds are distributed in accommodation units. When it comes to bungalows, we offer double, four-bed and eight-bed bungalows on two floors. The eight-bed bungalows are suitable for families and larger groups, a private bathroom is located on the first floor.
Also, the camp has six apartments with a private bathroom, which are located in the main building, above the restaurant.
